Moon Cycle Spirituality: Connect with the Lunar Rhythms of Light and Dark for All Seasons of Life (3-part online series)

We know the moon affects us and all creation on Mother Earth, but have you ever wondered about the moon’s impact on your spirituality?

If yes, we hope you can join us for this 3-part series that invites you to align your energy with the flow of the cosmos and explore how the lunar rhythms can enrich your spiritual journey! Through connecting with the lunar cycles, you will learn to support the rhythms of your daily life as well as the seasons and cycles of your spirit by flowing with the waxing and waning of the Moon.

In our first gathering, we will explore how the Moon’s monthly cycle unfolds and how we can connect it to other seasonal rhythms (such as light and dark, summer and winter, and the seasons of our own journeys). This gathering will also include some individual reflection and group sharing to help participants begin to apply the Moon phases to their own lives.

In our second and third gatherings, we will deepen into the lunar cycle through ritual circles for the New and Full Moon. The New Moon circle will invite introspection and intention-setting based on the astrology of the moon cycle, while the Full Moon circle will emphasize speaking one’s truth and releasing what one wishes to let go. You will have the opportunity to set an intention for the month at the New Moon, watch it grow with the Moon’s light, and celebrate and affirm what has transpired at the Full Moon!

Kathleen Joan is a priestess of Brigid committed to the resurrection of the Divine Feminine, especially among those with Christian ancestry. Formed as a spiritual seeker and leader in the Catholic Christian tradition, she holds a dual Master’s degree in theology and ministry and has over 15 years’ ministry experience, including directing retreats, teaching classes on religion and spirituality, and leading small group spiritual communities.
