“The Well programs have always inspired me and have met my need to connect and walk with others on our spiritual journeys. Especially during the last 2 years, the Well programs have sustained me during these times of isolation. It has been delightful to meet so many lovely people, hear their stories, and have time to be inspired by the sharing of their thoughts and concerns. I am forever grateful for the passionate and committed efforts of all of the people that make The Well for the Journey available for us to come together to learn, grow, and experience a large sense of connectedness.”

Abundant Blessings, Cindy Hilbert

From our “Praying in Color with the Poetry of Mary Oliver” program facilitated by Lorie Conway…

“The Well has been a great stabilizer for me. It has helped me hold on to the end of my rope. My Faith, or lack thereof, has caused much depression for me for many years. I so want to have a relationship with God, but have trouble getting there. Personally, I would love to see a program designed to help the lost sheep who are on the fence. The one’s that struggle with their Faith, and are conflicted with their beliefs. Again, Lorie was so good, and made me feel unjudged and free to express my feelings! Thanks, Lorie!”

“I am so blessed to have discovered WELL FOR THE JOURNEY and its marvelous ministry. I look forward to your daily reflections. I have on my bookshelf your publication: ” DAILY HOPE, A Winter of Reflection” published in 2010. Today’s program on Julian of Norwich, facilitated by Gordon Creamer, will continue to penetrate my spirit. Gordon’s knowledge of the mystics is not only intellectual but, even more, totally integrated into his own spiritual journey – a rare combination. My deepest gratitude.”

Sr. Peggy Devlin, OP

From our program “Returning to Center for 2023” facilitated by Lisa Beacham…

“What a wonderful way to start the New Year! Lisa provided an excellent workshop- it was well-paced and informative. Lisa skillfully guided us through the Heart Compass which proved to be a highly useful tool. It was a joy to be a part of this community, I’m amazed at how quickly the four hours passed. I might need to make this a New Year’s tradition.”

Join us for "Well-Being Wednesdays"
A Free Wednesday Morning Reflection launching at 8:00 AM EST
(listen whenever convenient for you!)

Well-Being Wednesdays - New Format Starting September 9, 2026!

Each Wednesday morning, we will launch a brand new 15-minute reflection which will appear below for easy access and via the Well's new Sound Cloud Page. Take a few minutes each Wednesday morning, or anytime for that matter, to listen to a message of inspiration, pause, or contemplation.  Various modalities, including meditation, intentional silence, blessings, and spiritual practices will be utilized alternately by facilitators to express the meaning that the theme bears for them.  Each reflection is available at any time to listen to, making our reflection call library more accessible to all and also available to those who may find them on the web. Pause and enjoy our current theme of reflections:  Connection & Community.
