Break for Joy: Finding Moments of Joy Every Day (Online Program)

In a world that’s always changing and increasingly more demanding, remembering the role of joy in our health and vitality is more important than ever. Join Sarah Hudson online for a mid-day break to explore simple, practical exercises that help you tap into the joy that already lives within you. Along the way, we will fill our “Joy Bag” with resiliency tools and mementos that are accessible to everyone.

You are welcome to register for all 8 joy-filled sessions – or simply join as your schedule allows. Each session will be focused around different joy practices such as gratitude, gentle movement, simple meditation, journaling, and music. The tentative themes for each week are listed below. Sarah is also open and flexible to shift based on the collective needs of the group gathered each week.

Session 3: Movement
Session 4: Community + Relationship
Session 5: Values
Session 6: Relationships + Gratitude
Session 7: Purpose
Session 8: Remove + Closing

Partner and group discussions will deepen the experience, and you may choose to pair up with a “Joy Buddy” for encouragement and accountability between sessions.

Feel free to enjoy your lunch in our online community while discovering how small, intentional moments of joy can fit naturally into each and every day. Together, we’ll lift our spirits and leave with renewed energy and practical ways to feel more joyful. When we show up for ourselves, we are able to show up more impactfully for those around us.

FACILITATOR: Sarah Hudson

FACILITATOR BIO: 
Sarah Hudson has a diverse skill set and a deep passion for personal growth and well-being. Through her Leadership Coaching + Wellness company, Halcyon with Hudson, she supports individuals on their journey towards self-discovery to live abundant, empowered lives. In her practice, Sarah leverages 11+ years in the corporate world, a background as a CPA and Human Resources leader, Leadership and Performance Coaching training through Brown University’s School of Professional Studies, and 200H + 300H Yoga Teacher Training. She believes life is a continuous ebb and flow, a journey of reconnecting to our highest selves and realigning with our values, purpose, and truth. Through coaching, yoga, and other modalities, she aims to help guide clients back to this harmonious state, helping them navigate life with greater inner intelligence, fulfillment, and ease.
