Did you miss the live call? You can now listen to all of the recordings here.

Launched in January 2023, our Well-Being Wednesday free reflection calls have become a Wednesday morning ritual for many. We continue to provide our free, 15-minute, live reflection calls which include a message of inspiration that is contemporized for the challenging times in which we find ourselves as well as a library of past recorded calls. This is a free offering of Well for the Journey to continue our mission of cultivating spiritual well-being and nourishing community.

From 8:00-8:15 AM on Wednesday mornings, listeners will be engaged by a different facilitator (see bios below.) Various modalities, including meditation, intentional silence, blessings, and spiritual practices will be utilized alternately by facilitators to express the meaning that the theme bears for them. For the second quarter of 2024, our centering theme will focus on “nature/creation”

No pre-registration or active call participation is required; Simply dial in a minute before 8 am and listen for the meditation to begin.
