The practice of sound bathing has gained popularity recently but is actually a healing practice that is thousands of years old with deep roots in cultures around the world. Well Facilitator, Jenny Ehrhardt has been creating sound offerings for the past two years, incorporating her first love as an herbalist into all that she offers. By integrating sound using crystal chakra bowls, bells, song, and rattles along with the gifts of plants and sweetness from the earth, Jenny strives to open hearts and help nourish souls for the healing of the world. What a perfect combination for the Well community and all who seek soul nourishment and healing for self and others!

We are thrilled to welcome Jenny back to the Well for another session of healing, renewal and nourishment during the Winter season of rest. Jenny will offer a time of stillness, sacred listening, reflection, and alignment with spirit that invites us to take care of ourselves as well as send love and peace out into the world through our vibrations, prayers and the collective spiritual intention of a sacred community.

You will be seated for this session which will begin with a time of introduction and honoring of each participant, inviting plant spirit connection to our intentions/prayers and sound healing meditation. Healing sound helps break up trauma in the body and assists in releasing whatever no longer serves us. This is so important in our culture and world today. At the end of the session, Jenny will share seasonal herbal tea and a sweet offering to help integrate and embody the experience.

FACILITATOR BIO: 
Over the last two years I have been fortunate to work with two other women facilitating sound offerings on the Eastern Shore. I have seen so many beautiful effects this work has had on so many people, including myself. I feel honored to be working with the bowls and other sounds to help connect us to something much deeper, Ourselves. Working with all ages on many different levels, I see the peace come over most people in a very surprising way. I have been called to create small, intimate sound offerings right here in my hometown. I am grateful to have found Well for the Journey, which has been such a sacred place for me this past year. I work deeply with the plants as well and had a small shoppe in Hampden for over 10 years. I have been called to service and I love plants, sound, and people who are open to change and learning and being in a community without judgement. Pure Hearts, I feel this at Well For the Journey and look forward to connecting more and sharing and learning through sound and the plants.
