FREE: Well-Being Wednesday 15-Minute Reflection

October 7 @ 8:00 am - 8:15 am EDT

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until Wednesday, December 16, 2026

Join us for our FREE “Well-Being Wednesday” Reflections each Wednesday morning at 8 AM ET or anytime you have time to listen!

Beginning Fall 2026, we have changed how we share our Well-Being Wednesday Reflections.  Starting September 9th at 8 AM, instead of asking you to dial in, we will launch our Wednesday Reflection on the home page of our website (that link is also below) for immediate access and listening.

To access all of our past reflections, continue to visit our Well-Being Wednesday Call Library, located under our website’s “Resources” tab. (Reformatting of this full library to make it more accessible is happening in the coming days – stay tuned!)
