As the Well is a small nonprofit without the ability to maintain a physical Swag Store, we have partnered with a “print on demand” vendor to produce items for custom orders. Everything is printed individually and is made just for you; as a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. The vendor stands behind their product quality and workmanship from any product defects or printing errors and will replace items for these reasons, however, there are no refunds. Each wearable product has a size guide.  Before you order, be sure you choose the right size based on the size guide and also read the product specs so that you know exactly what you are purchasing.
