BDEI STATEMENT – SEPTEMBER 2022: At Well for the Journey, diversity, equity, and inclusion are woven into the DNA of our mission. We foster these values through authentic relationships and creating a sense of belonging by building a collaborative, welcoming community. By honoring each connection, we celebrate the collective uniqueness among participants, staff members, volunteers, facilitators, and donors. We embody a spirit of equity within our in-person and online programming that creates opportunities for spiritual enhancement, well-being, and healing.
