SUMMARY:Aging as a Spiritual Practice: A Monthly Reflection Group (In-Person Program)
DESCRIPTION:Aging invites us into deeper reflection\, meaning-making\, and connection. In this intimate small-group experience\, we will explore aging not simply as a stage of life\, but as a spiritual practice. \nArthur Starr is an experienced group facilitator and spiritual companion. Through thoughtfully offered open-ended questions\, Art will invite participants to reflect on their life journeys—the challenges they have faced or are facing now\, how they have overcome or adapted to them\, and the wisdom they have gained. Together\, we will consider how our perspectives on aging have evolved over time and how we envision the years ahead. \nThis gathering creates a respectful\, contemplative space for listening and sharing with contemporaries on the journey. Participants are invited to speak from their own experience and to listen deeply to others. \nThis group will gather on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Well\, beginning in October 2026 and ending in June 2027. You are welcome to come every month or as your schedule permits.
