Introduction to the Practice of Forgiveness
February 15 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
What is forgiveness? Does forgiving mean forgetting? Is an apology required before you can forgive? Is forgiveness a sign of weakness? Does forgiving let someone off the hook? These are just a few of the common questions that arise in the context of forgiveness.
There is much confusion about forgiveness, yet it is one of the most important ways that you can improve your life and the life of those around you. Join us for the Introduction to Forgiveness workshop and learn more about what forgiveness is and isn’t, and how it can profoundly impact your life.
Led by Mabeth Hudson, the workshop will explore the art, science, and practice of forgiveness. Learn about common misconceptions of forgiveness, explore the dimensions of forgiveness, and gain insight into how shifting from resentment to release can lead to improved health and spiritual well-being.
Thursday, February 15, 6:30-8:30 pm
