Volunteer Opportunities at Well for the Journey will allow you to form a connection with others, nourish your spirit, and feel a sense of belonging to a community – a community filled with individuals at all different places on a path – but who are on the journey together.
Want to volunteer with the Well? Join one of our volunteer committees, which we refer to as “CIRCLES”(sooooo much more spiritual than “committee.”) We invite you to inquire more about joining one or more these opportunities:
- Mar-Com Circle – this circle promotes the Well’s mission, its various programs, and their benefits. Creates/attends welcome events (open houses, etc.)
- Well Said Speaker Series Circle – our fundraiser committee, which assists with speaker selection and contributes to the creative planning, strategizing, and fundraising for Well Said events
- Program Circle – this circle supports our program staff and overall program development; opportunities include introducing new program ideas and connect us with facilitators; helps the Well to meet spiritual needs of our community through programming and outreach
- Daily Faith Reflection Circle – our daily reflection committee, which gathers and schedules a quote worth pausing for each weekday morning
- Young Adult Council – a new circle interested in recruiting individuals aged 20-40 to assist the Well in meeting the spiritual wellness needs of younger generations within our Well community
- Finance Circle – this circle guides our overall budget and financial operations
- Board of Directors – this collective of individuals helps set the course for the Well: ensuring the lived mission; setting goals and strategies; and sustaining the Well’s impact in the world.
- Project & Event-Based Opportunities: We can always use extra hands and hearts for various administrative projects, supportive presence at in-person Well programs, and technical support for some online Well events.Please complete the form below to help us get to know you and what you are seeking.
