Women at the Well (Thurs. mornings beginning Apr. 6)
April 6 @ 10:00 am - May 11 @ 11:30 am| $150 - $180
Our signature program, this small group experience provides practical spirituality through multi-sensory learning, meaningful conversation, and reflection exercises within a welcoming community of women. Group is limited to 14.
New spring theme: “Soulful Field Guide: Practices for Discovering the Sacred in the Everyday.”
What do getting lost, wearing skin, feeling pain, finding meaning, and saying “no” have in common? Believe it or not, these ordinary experiences can become spiritual practices that connect us with God! We’ll explore how everyday activities, accidents, and encounters in our lives can help us discover God’s presence. Drawing wisdom from Barbara Brown Taylor’s An Altar in the World (no text required), and other contemporary spiritual writers, we hope to find meaning in daily experiences and look at our lives with new eyes.
We will each create a practical “field guide” with wisdom and an assortment of practices for our daily lives to help us live and love better.
Thursdays, 10 am-12 pm: Apr. 6, 13, 20, 27, May 4, 11
Cost: $150, if paid at least one week in advance; $180 for late registration.
Bring a friend who is new to the Well and both of you will receive a $15 gift certificate for any Well program.
