Greg A. Cochran
Greg became the Well’s part-time executive director in July of 2010. Greg is also part-time associate pastor at Woodbrook Baptist Church. He holds a Master’s degree in Divinity in Christian Education, a B.S. in Administrative Management, and is a graduate of Shalem Institute’s Spiritual Guidance Program. A South Carolina native, Greg and his wife Carole have two children. Greg enjoys hiking, photography, woodworking, music, and being a spiritual companion. He is at the Well’s office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Sutton joined the Well as the only staff member in January of 2006. She has seen and been a part of many exciting transitions at the Well. Sutton says she loves watching the Well grow and getting to know Well participants. Along with her many other gifts, Sutton’s hospitality helps create a welcoming spirit at the Well. Sutton and her husband Peter have two grown children and one grandchild. She is at the Well’s office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Charlotte joined the team as office administrator in July 2017 after spending 35 years in the financial services industry. In her spare time, she enjoys crocheting and knitting for charity, quilting, and card making. She is also active in her faith community, the Living Water Inclusive Catholic Community. Charlotte is at the Well’s office Mondays-Fridays, 9 am-1 pm.
Eleanor joined the Well in July of 2015. She has spent over 25 years in non-profit and higher education communications. Eleanor has a M.A. in Spiritual and Pastoral Care from Loyola University Maryland, and a M.S. in Professional Writing and a B.A. in Mass Communication from Towson University. She is a Certified Medical Reiki ™ Master practitioner and works with both humans and animals. Eleanor and her husband Howard have two cats. She is at the Well’s office Mondays–Thursdays from 9 am-2 pm.
